By accessing and using Digital Setworks (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Digital Setworks provides users with access to a rich collection of cinematic educational resources, theatrical performances, and masterclasses (the “Content”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Digital Setworks, such as service announcements and administrative messages.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Content is available for purchase or rental, while other Content requires an active subscription.

• Rentals: Rentals provide access to specific Content for a limited time (e.g., 48 hours from the time of purchase).
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access through the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by South African consumer protection law.

4. User Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content provided on the Service is the property of Digital Setworks or its content suppliers and protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Content without explicit written permission.
